5. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-744\npurchase order to CT WEST, Inc., in an amount not to\nexceed $175,000, to purchase a minimum of 25 Advanced\nTraffic Signal controllers (ATC) for the Public Works/Traffic\nEngineering Division; approve the procurement as a sole\nsource purchase; and authorize the Financial Services\nDirector, or designee, to execute the purchase order.
