9. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council: 25-735\n1. Approve the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-29 U.S. Department\nof Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Consolidated\nPlan, including the proposed program budget for the\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME\nInvestment Partnership (HOME) programs, allocating\nfunding for various housing and community development\nactivities, planning, and program administration to be\nincluded in the FY 2025-26 Annual Action Plan (AAP);\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute\nrequired forms and documents for the grant funds; and,\n3. Authorize the Neighborhood Services Director to sign\nagreements with subrecipients.
