5. Request for Appropriation of Funds for Underground Waste Oil Tank Abandonment and\nConcrete Deck Repair at Clarifier City Yard Facility\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Director of Finance to reappropriate $23,830.00 within Fund #402 – Fleet\nServices and appropriate $21,780.00 to Fund #245 – Proposition C for FY 2024/2025 to\ncover a total of $45,610.00 in repair costs; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary budget adjustments to allow\npayments; and\n3. Authorize the Acting Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete all the\nproper documentation to process purchase requisition for selected vendors, Premiere\nFueling Services Inc. for underground waste oil tank removal in an amount-not-to\nexceed $23,830.00 and Sager Construction Inc. for surrounding concrete repairs in an\namount-not-to exceed $21,780.00.
