Resolution No. 2025-006 Initiating the Proceedings and Ordering Preparation of the\nEngineer's Report for the Parks Maintenance Assessment District for FY2025-2026\nStaff recommends that Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-006entitled, "A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, authorizing the initiation of the\nproceedings and ordering the preparation of the Engineer's Report for the FY 2025-2026 levy\nof annual assessments for the Parks Maintenance Assessment District pursuant to the\nprovisions of Division 15, Part 2 of the State of California Streets and Highways Code."
