8. 2025 STRATEGIC PLAN FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS – F2M25-28, F2M25-17\nAt the May 6, 2025 Special City Council meeting, staff presented a detailed overview of\nthe Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26 through 2026-27, Capital Improvement Plan\nfor Fiscal Years 2025-2030, and 2025 Strategic Plan with Funding Estimates. It was\nrequested the 2025 Strategic Plan return for further discussion and funding prioritization.\nAfter the discussion, it is expected Council will provide direction to staff on funding\nrecommendations to be included in the Draft Fiscal Year 2025-26 and 2026-27 Budget for\nconsideration at the June 23, 2025 City Council meeting.\nRecommended Action: City Council to provide direction to staff as deemed\nappropriate.
