15. AUTHORIZE RFP: PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL AND HVAC SERVICES – PARKS\nFACILITIES, GOLF COURSE & ALMANSOR COURT – F2M25-37, RFP2M25-7\nThe Parks & Recreation Department is seeking prospective contractors for professional\nelectrical and HVAC services to maintain and repair all electrical and HVAC issues in all\npark facilities, Golf Course and Almansor Court. Specifications and bid documentation\nhave been completed for electrical and HVAC services at all Parks, Golf Course, and\nAlmansor Court.\nRecommended Action: City Council authorize staff to circulate a Request for\nProposals to prospective contractors for professional electrical and HVAC services at the\nCity’s park facilities, Golf Course and Almansor Court with proposals due in the\nDepartment office by 12:30 p.m. on May 29, 2025; and, direct staff to undertake the steps\nnecessary to finalize Council’s action.
