Consider and Find That the Proposed Project Is Categorically\nExempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Pursuant To State\nCEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (C) - Existing Facilities (Class 1);\n— Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Sidewalk And ADA Compliant\nImprovements Project (PW 2025-003);\n— Award a Construction Contract for Construction of the Sidewalk and ADA Compliant\nImprovements Project to CJ Concrete Construction Inc. In the Amount of $125,819.00\nand Authorize a 15% Contingency in the Amount of $18,872.85, for a Total Not-To-\nExceed Amount of $144,691.85; And\n— 4. Authorize the City Manager To Execute the Construction Contract, Along With\nMaking Non-Substantive Revisions to the Construction Contract That Do Not Change\nthe Contract Price for the Project.
