18.\nAgreement to Extend License with Southern California Edison Company for the\nBristol/Alton Bike Trail (General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement\n(Contract No. 9.5074) with Southern California Edison Company to continue the use of\nEdison property for the Bristol Street and Alton Avenue Bike Trail for a term from May 1,\n2023 through April 30, 2028 in an amount not to exceed $1,587, subject to non-\nsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No.\n2023-XXX).
