World Cup Soccer Fields Security Lighting (CIP 339) – Notice of Completion\nRecommended Action: (1) Certify the completion of and accept the improvements for the\nsubject project; (2) authorize the City Manager to sign the Notice of Completion; (3)\nauthorize the City Clerk to record Notice of Completion with the County of Orange and to\nrelease the Faithful Performance and Payment Bonds one year and thirty- five (35) days\nrespectively, after the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no\nclaims or liens being filed with the City; and (4) authorize the payment of the final retention\nof $9,629.50, thirty-five (35) days after the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion.
