Authorize a one-time purchase and payment to FieldTurf\nUSA to provide and install synthetic turf field at the Dan Young Sports Complex in the\namount of $2,675,859, plus a contingency of $295,000 for a total amount not to exceed\n$2,970,859, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City\nAttorney.\n2. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Capital Improvement Program to\ninclude $1,502,229 in funding for the Dan Young Synthetic Turf Fields Project (Project\nNo. 22-2752).
