3.3 Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-0-2037 by and between Orange\nCounty Transportation Authority (Lead Agency), and the Cities of Westminster,\nFountain Valley, Santa Ana, and Huntington Beach for the Edinger Avenue Corridor\nTraffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P).\nRECOMMENDATION: Approve Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-0-\n2037 by and between Orange County Transportation Authority (Lead Agency), and the\nCities of Westminster, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, and Huntington Beach for the Edinger\nAvenue Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (Project P), and authorize the City\nManager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City.
