Motion to reconsider relocation of the City Council office from Suite 300\nto Suite 255;\n2. Terminate the License Agreement with the Laguna Hills Chamber of\nCommerce for Suite 255, with a 30-day termination effective June 12,\n2025;\n3. Approve a new 5-year lease with Kapri, Inc. for Suite 255; and\n4. Provide direction to staff regarding a preferred alternative location for\nthe City Council office.
