14. Approve Contract MA# 106-498467 with Diamond Environmental Services LP, in an annual\namount not to exceed $185,000 plus a 20% contingency, for as-needed rental of portable\nrestrooms, showers, temporary fencing, and other related services for a one year term with two\none-year optional renewals, for a total cumulative amount not to exceed $555,000; and authorize\nthe Purchasing Agent to execute all necessary contractual documents related to the agreement in\naccordance with Regional Cooperative Agreement Contract Number 017-23010021 between the\nCounty of Orange and Diamond Environmental Services LP.
