Approve the Second Amendment to Waste Disposal Agreement with the County of Orange\nextending the term of the agreement through June 30, 2026 and increase the disposal fee to\n$43.76 per ton; and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the\namendment and related documents and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the amended agreement.
