16.\nApprove Agreements with Tetra Tech, Inc., Dudek, and ECORP Consulting Inc. for On-\nCall Environmental Services in aggregate amounts not to exceed $2,450,000, for up to\nfive-year terms (Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with\nTetra Tech, Inc., Dudek, and ECORP Consulting Inc., to provide On-Call Environmental\nServices on as needed basis: federal contract in an aggregate amount not to exceed\n$950,000 for a three-year term beginning March 21, 2023 and expiring March 20, 2026,\nwith an option for two, one-year extensions, subject to non-substantive changes\napproved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with Tetra Tech, Inc., Dudek, and\nECORP Consulting Inc, to provide On-Call Environmental Services on as needed basis:\nnon-federal contract aggregate amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for a three-year term\nbeginning March 21, 2023 and expiring March 20, 2026, with an option for two, one-year\nextensions, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City\nAttorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
