8. Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement for Video\nProduction Services with of SOCTV Productions\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement for Video\nProduction Services with SOCTV Productions for additional meeting and\ntraining services and to increase the contract amount by $35,800, for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $79,580 for Fiscal Year 2022-23; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 and future\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement for Video Production\nServices with SOCTV Productions, subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes.\nCity Council Regular Meeting Agenda Page 4 of 7 March 21, 2023
