PUBLIC HEARING ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 ONE-YEAR ACTION\nPLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT\n(CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME)\nPROGRAMS\nRecommended Action: Conduct a public hearing; adopt the One-\nYear Action Plan (FY 2025-26); and authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute and submit all required certification and\nrelated documents and agreements to implement the One-Year\nAction Plan in compliance with HUD regulations.
