21. APPROVAL RIGHT-OF-WAY USE AGREEMENT FOR THE GATEWAY\nCITIES REGIONAL FIBER OPTIC NETWORK\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the Right-of-Way (ROW) Use\nAgreement between the City and the Gateway Cities Council of\nGovernments for the installation, maintenance, and operation of\nthe Gateway Cities Regional Fiber Optic Network on the City’s\nrights-of-way; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee\nto administer the Agreement, including approving finalized plans\nand any other actions in connection with the Agreement.
