13. Award the Contract to JB Bostick, LLC. of Anaheim for Glendora Bus Yard Improvements (Phase 1),\nPlan No. 1398 in the amount of $128,350\nRecommended Action for City Council:\n— 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Title 14,\nSection 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n— 2. Approve the Plans and Specifications, including Addenda Numbers 1, 2 and 3, for Glendora Bus Yard\nImprovements;\n— 3. Award the Capital Improvement Projects Contract Services to JB Bostick, LLC. of Anaheim, California\nfor the Glendora Bus Yard Improvements (Phase 1), Plan No. 1398 in the amount of $128,350;\n— 4. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute any necessary change orders in an amount not to\nexceed 10% of the original contract amount; and\n— 5. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including minimal and/or non-\nsubstantive changes.
