G. Approve a Professional Services Agreement for 25-0196\nArchitectural Design Services with Robert, Borders &\nAssociates for the Regional Navigation Center Tenant\nImprovements Project (DE-25-91-SP)\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement with Robert, Borders & Associates for Architectural\nDesign Services for the Regional Navigation Center Tenant\nImprovements Project in the amount of $625,399.00 (Request for\nProposals DE-25-91-SP).\n2. Appropriate $150,000.00 from Capital Reinvestment Fund (601) to the\nRegional Navigation Center Tenant Improvements Project (PN37600084).\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute future individual\nProfessional Services Agreement Amendments not exceeding\n$100,000.00 for the Regional Navigation Center Tenant Improvements\nProject (Request for Proposals DE-25-91-SP).\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements,\nutility easements, and any related items on behalf of the City of Fontana\nfor the Regional Navigation Center Tenant Improvements Project.
