1. ADOPTION OF THE SIDE LETTERS OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN23-1106\nTHE CITY OF COSTA MESA (CITY) AND THE COSTA MESA POLICE\nMANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (CMPMA), THE COSTA MESA FIRE\nMANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (CMFMA), THE COSTA MESA\nFIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION (CMFA), ADOPTION OF\nACCOMPANYING SALARY RESOLUTIONS FOR THE CMPMA,\nCMFMA, CMFA, COSTA MESA DIVISION MANAGERS\nASSOCIATION (CMDMA), EXECUTIVE EMPLOYEES, AND THE\nCONFIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT UNIT\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve and Adopt the Side Letter of Agreement between the City of Costa\nMesa and CMPMA (Attachment I);\n2. Approve and Adopt the Side Letter of Agreement between the City of Costa\nMesa and CMFMA (Attachment II);\n3. Approve and Adopt the Side Letter of Agreement between the City of Costa\nMesa and CMFA (Attachment III);\n4. Approve and Adopt Resolution Numbers 2023-XX, 2023-XX, 2023-XX, 2023\n-XX, 2023-XX, and 2023-XX revising the pay ranges for CMPMA, CMFMA,\nCMFA, CMDMA, Unrepresented Executive Employees and the Confidential\nManagement Unit (Attachments IV - IX);\n5. Approve the Fiscal Impact Analyses (Attachment X); and\n6.
