5.5 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH YUNEX, LLC., FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND SAFETY\nLIGHTING MAINTENANCE SERVICES (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Maintenance Services\nAgreement with Yunex, LLC., to extend the term of the Agreement for\nan additional three years through August 9, 2028, and to increase the\nmaximum contract amount by $475,065, from $430,560 to\n$905,625, with the same terms and conditions as set forth in the\nAgreement, to provide for traffic signal and safety lighting\nmaintenance services; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute proposed Amendment No. 1 to the\ncurrent Maintenance Services Agreement with Yunex, LLC.\nItem No. 5.5
