4. $300 to Long Beach Heritage to support their 37th Annual Preservation\nAwards on May 21, 2025; and\nDecrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities\nDepartment by $1,200, to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.\nOffice or Department: Tunua Thrash-Ntuk, Councilwoman, Eighth District\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.\n2. 25-55240 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City\nManager Department by $3,300, offset by the Third Council District One-Time\nDistrict Priority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to\nprovide contributions of:\n1. $300 to Partners of Parks for an honorarium for the 40th Anniversary Charity\nPro-Am Golf Tournament;\n2. $500 to the Tichenor Orthopedic Clinic for the Children for the 10th Annual\nSuperheroes Carnival & Resource Fair;\n3. $2,500 to Beach Ventures International for 2025 Moonlight Movies on the\nBeach; and\nDecrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities\nDepartment by $3,300, to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.\nOffice or Department: Kristina Duggan, Councilmember, Third District\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.\n3. 25-55247 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City\nManager Department by $13,500, offset by the Seventh Council District One-Time\nDistrict Priority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to\nprovide support for the following:\n1. $500 to Webster Elementary School in support of their End of Year\nCelebration;\n2. $500 to Speak Up Empowerment Foundation in support of their Ms. Single\nMom Empowerment Day;\n3. $500 to Long Beach BLAST in support of their Breakfast BLAST event on\nMay 22nd;\n4. $500 to Long Beach Neighborhood Foundation in support of their 2025\nWrigley River Run 5K on Saturday, May 31st;
