G. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement\nto Raptor Events, LLC. to perform peafowl management services. (Whitten)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with Raptor\nEvents, LLC. for peafowl management services, when deemed warranted, for\na two-year term with an optional one-year extension, for a total contract sum of\n$86,000 for two years, not to exceed $43,000 annually; and 2) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the professional services agreement in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
