14) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO CO-SPONSOR AND USE OF CITY SEAL\nFOR THE SAN FERNANDO OUTDOOR MARKET IN JUNE HOSTED BY THE MALL ASSOCIATION\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Consider the request to approve a Co-Sponsorship for San Fernando Outdoor Market in\nJune hosted by the Mall Association;\nb. Consider the request to waive City fees associated with activities by City staff to support\nthe June event;\nc. Consider the request to approve the use of the City seal on the printed material and social\nmedia, pursuant to City Council Ordinance No. 1724; and\nd. Provide direction for co-sponsorship of future San Fernando Outdoor Market.
