7) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO STAGE PLUS TO\nPROVIDE STAGE AND SOUND PRODUCTION FOR THE CITY’S SPECIAL EVENTS HELD IN FISCAL\nYEARS 2025-2026 THROUGH 2027-2028\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Stage Plus (Contract No. 2358) to provide\nstaging and sound services for the City’s special events, in an amount not to exceed $51,000\nper fiscal year, for a term of three years; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
