Discuss and consider renaming the “Annual Pride Flag Raising Ceremony” to the “Annual\nPride Flag Raising Ceremony in Memory of Matthew Shepard”;\nb. Discuss establishing a regular recurring day to hold the annual event going forward; and\nc. Provide staff direction, as applicable.
