13. $547,391.50 CONTRACT WITH R.J. NOBLE COMPANY FOR CROWN AREA\nSTREET REHABILITATION\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Project 44076 Crown Area Street Rehabilitation plans and specifications.\n2. Approve the following budget transfers and appropriations in Project 44076 Crown\nArea Street Rehabilitation:\n· $680,000 Measure M2 Funds (Fund 25) budget transfer and appropriation from\nProject 44589 Residential Street Program to Project 44076 Crown Area Street\nRehabilitation within the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74)\n· $45,000 Sewer Enterprise Funds (Fund 47) budget transfer and appropriation from\nProject 51419 Annual Sewer Replacement Program to Project 44076 Crown Area\nStreet Rehabilitation within the Sewer Enterprise Fund (Fund 47).\n3. Award $547,391.50 construction contract for Crown Area Street Rehabilitation Project\nto R.J. Noble Company and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and\nadminister the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
