9. INTERTIE AND WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH PAGE AVENUE MUTUAL\nWATER COMPANY\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Agreement between the City of Fullerton and Page Avenue Mutual Water\nCompany setting term, use of intertie, metering, water and sanitation rates, rate\nadjustments, ownership and maintenance, indemnifications, force majeure and other\nmiscellaneous items.\n2. Authorize and direct City Manager, or designee, to execute Agreement and any\nrelated documents and to take all actions necessary to implement and administer\nAgreement on behalf of the City of Fullerton, subject to any non-substantive changes\nand modifications.\n3. Authorize City Manager to extend terms of the Agreement by one year, up to three\nadditional years, without any substantive changes.
