I. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ORANGE COUNTY\nTRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (OCTA) M2 ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP\nPROGRAM TIER 1 GRANT SUBMITTAL AND A 20% MATCH FOR THE\nINLAND RESIDENTIAL AND RANCHO SAN CLEMENTE INDUSTRIAL\nRUNOFF TREATMENT PROJECT AND FINDING THE PROJECT\nCATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-68, which will:\n1. Find the action and the Inland Residential and Rancho San Clemente\nIndustrial Runoff Treatment Project exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR\n15301).\n2. Approving and ratifying the submittal of the Orange County Transportation\nAuthority (OCTA) Project X Tier 1 Grant Application (Attachment 4).\n3. Accepting any grant funds that are awarded.\n4. Approving and authorizing a 20% local funding contribution (match) if the\ngrant is awarded.
