B. CONSIDERATION OF DESIGN ALTERNATIVES FOR BICYCLE\nIMPROVEMENTS ON AVENIDA PICO BETWEEN THE I-5 FREEWAY AND\nTHE CALLE FRONTERA/AVENIDA PRESIDIO INTERSECTION\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-61, which will:\n1. Authorize staff to proceed with design Alternative 1 with Class 1 Deviation as\noutlined in Attachment 2 of the Administrative Report dated May 20, 2025,\nand on file with the City Clerk.\n2. Authorize staff to initiate negotiations with impacted property owners for\npotential acquisitions of an easement or land dedication for widening of\nAvenida Pico.\n3. Authorize staff to submit applications for grant opportunities for design and/or\nconstruction funding.
