D. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CAMINO CAPISTRANO CROSSWALK\nIMPROVEMENTS\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-63, which will:\n1. Accept the Camino Capistrano Crosswalk Improvements, CIP Project No.\n15321, from the contractor, Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to execute and record the Notice of Completion for\nthe Camino Capistrano Crosswalk Improvements.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nBear Electrical Solutions, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project\nupon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
