F. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - RICHARD T. STEED MEMORIAL PARK PUMP\nTRACK\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-65, which will:\n1. Accept the San Clemente Pump Track, CIP No. 15109, from the contractor,\nAmerican Ramp Company.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to execute and record the Notice of Completion for\nthe San Clemente Pump Track.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nAmerican Ramp Company.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond.
