G. CONTRACT AWARD - FOR AS-NEEDED ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT\nPLAN REVIEW SERVICES\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-66, which will:\n1. Award professional services agreements to Derek J. McGregor Inc. (dba\nDMc Engineering), West Coast Civil, Inc., and TKE Engineering, Inc. for\non-call as-needed engineering plan check services.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-24,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Derek J. McGregor Inc. (dba\nDMc Engineering), providing for on-call as-needed engineering plan check\nservices, for a term of three (3) years in an amount not to exceed $70,000\nannually with two optional one-year extensions exercisable in the City\nManager’s discretion.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-25,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and West Coast Civil, Inc.,\nproviding for on-call as-needed engineering plan check services, for a term of\nthree (3) years in an amount not to exceed $70,000 annually with two\noptional one-year extensions exercisable in the City Manager’s discretion.\n4. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-26,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and TKE Engineering, Inc.,\nproviding for on-call as-needed engineering plan check services, for a term of\nthree (3) years in an amount not to exceed $70,000 annually with two\noptional one-year extensions exercisable in the City Manager’s discretion.
