Approve Resolution No. 2025-__ Adopting the Adjustment for the Solid Waste\nand Recycling Services as required by the Solid Waste and Recycling Franchise\nAgreement for Fiscal Year 2025/26; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to procure recovered organic waste products and\nexecute any purchase orders, or subsequent amendments with USA Waste of\nCalifornia, Inc. necessary to meet the Senate Bill 1383 procurement mandate.
