6) CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSITION A EXCHANGE WITH FOOTHILL TRANSIT\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Exchange of $2,000,000 in Proposition A Local Return funds for $1,500,000 in\ngeneral funds with Foothill Transit; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Assignment Agreement with Foothill\nTransit, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
