CITYWIDE STREET SWEEPING AGREEMENT – SECOND AMENDMENT\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Second Amendment to the Master Agreement with Nationwide\nEnvironmental Services (NES) for Citywide Street and Parking Lot Sweeping\nServices; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Second Amendment to the Master\nAgreement; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
