6. Claim Rejection\nIt is recommended that the City Council reject the following claim and direct staff to send the\nappropriate notice of rejection to claimant:\n1. Joaquin Solis The claimant alleges bodily injury.\n2. Juana Galindo Bustamante The claimant alleges bodily injury.\n3. Joey Zhou The claimant alleges property damage.\n4. Sergio L. Cortez The claimant alleges property damage.\nThis government claim, and all government claims, should be considered as potential\nlawsuits in the future. Thus, it is requested that all City Staff, the Mayor and all Council\nMembers refrain from making any statements, whether public or private in nature.
