Approval of Addendum to Informed Consent and Waiver of Potential Conflict of\nInterest in Legal Representation by Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, and\nAuthorization for City Attorney to Execute – City Attorney’s Office\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Attorney, or their designee, to sign the\nAddendum to previously approved Conflicts of Interest Letter waiving any\npotential conflict with Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP concurrently\nrepresenting the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) in\ndefense of tort litigation brought against Metro as well as property acquisition\nwork in various Metro projects not located in the City of Burbank (City) while\nrepresenting the City on a variety of unrelated matters.
