19. Law Enforcement Contract #94-909-A-54, Memorandum of Understanding with the\nVictor Elementary School District to Fund School Resource Officers and Agreement\nBetween the City of Victorville and Macerich Victor Valley, LP\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve the Fifty-Fourth Amendment to Law Enforcement Contract #94-909-A-\n54 for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and authorize the Mayor\nor her designee to process all documents required for this agreement;\n(2) Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the City of\nVictorville and the Victor Elementary School District (VESD) for the same period to\nfund School Resource Officers and authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nprocess all documents required for the agreement; and\n(3) Approve the agreement by and between the City of Victorville and Macerich\nVictor Valley, LP (Macerich) for one Deputy and authorize the City Manager or his\ndesignee to process all documents required for the agreement.
