City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a Public 25-786\nWorks Agreement (PWA) with Johnson Controls, in an\namount of $64,790, for the replacement of three existing\nNetwork Automation Engines (NAE); authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents; and authorize the Financial\nServices Director, or designee, execute the purchase order.
