City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 25-734\nAmendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with KDM Meridian ("KDM"), in the amount of\n$40,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed\n$590,000; approve Amendment 2 to the Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) with Geopacifica, Inc.\n("Geopacifica") in the amount of $40,000 for a revised total\ncontract amount not to exceed $540,000, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the amendments.

City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-737\nProfessional Services Agreement with HF&H Consultants,\nLLC, in a not-to-exceed amount of $180,289 annually, for a\ntotal contract amount not-to-exceed $360,579 for the initial\ntwo-year term, for as-needed solid waste, recycling,\norganics and edible food recovery consulting services; and\nauthorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the\nagreement.

City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a ten-year 25-749\nProperty Use Agreement with Otomi & Stone LLC for use of\nproperty located at 1300 Lee Drive, for a minimum total\nrevenue to the City of $497,688 plus a percentage of\ntournament gross sales; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments.

City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council award a Public 25-748\nWorks Agreement to Shaw Equipment Rentals, Inc., in the\namount of $831,000, for construction of the Sewer Point\nRepair Program - Package No. 8 Project; authorize the City\nEngineer to approve Change Orders up to 10 percent of the\ncontract value for a total not to exceed amount of\n$914,100; appropriate $750,000 from the Sewer Fixed\nAsset Replacement Fund; and authorize the City Manager,\nor designee, to execute the agreement upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
