City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-736\nProfessional Services Agreement for On-Call Traffic\nEngineering services with Kimley-Horn, in an amount not to\nexceed $250,000 per year, with two one-year renewable\noptions; authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments; and authorize the Financial Services Director,\nor designee, to execute the Purchase Order.
