19. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council award a Public 25-768\nWorks Agreement (PWA) and purchase order, in the\namount of $645,300 to Fordyce Construction, Inc., for the\nrectangular rapid flashing beacons and light emitting diodes\nstop signs project; approve a contingency in the amount of\n$55,500; authorize the Financial Services Director to\nexecute the purchase order; and authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
