18. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council award a Public 25-748\nWorks Agreement to Shaw Equipment Rentals, Inc., in the\namount of $831,000, for construction of the Sewer Point\nRepair Program - Package No. 8 Project; authorize the City\nEngineer to approve Change Orders up to 10 percent of the\ncontract value for a total not to exceed amount of\n$914,100; appropriate $750,000 from the Sewer Fixed\nAsset Replacement Fund; and authorize the City Manager,\nor designee, to execute the agreement upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
