City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 25-734\nAmendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with KDM Meridian ("KDM"), in the amount of\n$40,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed\n$590,000; approve Amendment 2 to the Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) with Geopacifica, Inc.\n("Geopacifica") in the amount of $40,000 for a revised total\ncontract amount not to exceed $540,000, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the amendments.
