CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AN INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY AND PAYDEN & RYGEL FOR INVESTMENT SERVICES\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the investment advisory agreement with\nPayden & Rygel for investment services in the form approved by the City Attorney and\nCity Manager and authorize the City Treasurer and City Manager to execute any and all\ndocuments to effectuate the agreement. In addition, the City Treasurer and City Manager\nare authorized to take the appropriate action to terminate the existing agreements with\nWestern Assets Management Company and Morgan Stanley.
