5. Approve an Agreement with Best Drilling & Pump, Inc. for Potable Water Well\nRehabilitation Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve a maintenance service agreement with Best Drilling and Pump for potable\nwater well rehabilitation of Well 32 and Well 36; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the maintenance services\nagreement on behalf of the City, and any amendments or related documents, subject\nto review by the City Attorney.
