3.G. Acceptance of Final Parcel Map No. 2022-113 and Approval of Subdivision\nImprovement Agreement and Bonds for the Brea Mall Mixed-Use Project\n— 1. Accept Final Parcel Map No. 2022-113 for the Brea Mall Mixed-Use Project;\n— 2. Approve the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Bonds for Final Parcel Map\nNo. 2022-113 for the Brea Mall Mixed-Use Project; and\n— 3. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute any non-monetary amendments and ancillary\ndocuments subsequently required to implement the Subdivision Improvement\nAgreement. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
