Authorize the City Manager to execute the Encroachment, Maintenance, and\nRestoration Agreement and any non-monetary contract amendments and ancillary\ndocuments required for implementation of the Encroachment, Maintenance, and\nRestoration Agreement; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Clerk to record the Encroachment, Maintenance, and\nRestoration Agreement for Brea Imperial Center. There is no fiscal impact to the\nGeneral Fund.
